Our new 'All routes into engineering' guide for young people, showcases the different pathways and qualifications, including T Levels, apprenticeships (including degree apprenticeships) and degrees. They were joined by representatives from Thales, WSP and Balfour Beatty VINCI offering different routes into careers in their organisations and some top tips for how to talk to young people about the different engineering career routes.
