Research tells us that one-off activities and events have limited impact on young people’s longer-term aspirations towards STEM careers. In this brief paper we present findings from some research by Everfi to explore how schools are currently working to provide a more sustained engagement with STEM activities and inspiration, and what support they might want to do more.
