Implementing the Tomorrow's Engineers Code

NUSTEM, at Northumbria University, has developed a Theory of Change which provides an overview of the complexity of the challenge of increasing the number and diversity of young people who want to work in STEM, and possible pathways to change.

Using this Theory of Change it has responded to the Tomorrow’s Engineers Code by identifying good practice recommendations. 

These recommendations provide, short, medium and long-term actions that can support companies large and small to meet the Code pledges.
