Refunds
Requests to refund or transfer tickets must be made in writing to [email protected] stating your order ID. We will respond to your request for a refund within 7 business days
In the event that you have to cancel you can request a refund up to and including 28 days before the event.
If you would like to transfer your ticket to another delegate, you can do so by changing the registration on Billetto.
In the event that we have to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, we will endeavour to reschedule the event to another date and your tickets will be valid for the rescheduled event. Please note that the agenda and speakers may change if the event is rescheduled.
If we have to re-schedule and you cannot make the new date you can request a refund up to and including 28 days before the new event date.
In the unlikely circumstance that we cannot re-schedule the event and have to cancel, we will refund you the cost of the tickets without the transaction fee.
