Last year's Tomorrow's Engineers Week (6 to 10 November) was an opportunity to help students explore the alignment of their skills and passions with the world of engineering and to shine a light on inspirational engineers and technicians, reshaping young people's perceptions of the industry.

Tomorrow's Engineers Week challenged stereotypes and supported the broader STEM mission of exciting more young minds about engineering careers. It also introduced young people to companies they may not be aware of who are contributing to the UK's engineering landscape and in doing so provided valuable support to your organisation by cultivating future talent.
